Preparation of Inventory:

You prepare your products according to Amazon's packaging and labelling standards.

Creation of Shipment Plan:

We assist you in creating a shipment plan within your Amazon Seller Central account. This includes specifying product details, quantities, and destination Amazon fulfilment centres (FCs).

Packing and Labelling:

We ensure your products are correctly packed and labelled according to Amazon's guidelines. Each shipment requires appropriate shipping labels and Amazon barcodes (FNSKU) on each unit.

Shipment Creation:

We help you generate shipping labels and arrange transportation to the designated Amazon FCs. This can be done through our partnered carriers or third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

Transportation and Delivery:

We oversee the transportation of your shipment to the designated Amazon FCs. Throughout the process, you can track the shipment status via our comprehensive tracking system.

Receipt and Processing:

Once received at the FCs, Amazon checks in your shipment, updates inventory levels, and makes your products available for sale on their platform.

As orders come in, Amazon handles picking, packing, and shipping directly to your customers. We manage returns and assist with any customer service related to your FBA orders.
